Charles and I have been married 50 years. Our anniversary will be December 24. Our 3 daughters and several friends gave us a surprise party to celebrate. One daughter lives in Colorado and the biggest surprise was she came home for a few days to help us celebrate. The cake was red velvet with red poinsettes on it. It was delicious, along with all the other goodies. Family from Greensboro, NC,Seagrove, NC Lacama, NC, And Tarboro NC were here also. It was great. Thanks to all who helped and came. Thanks for all the cards and gifts we received, too.
